At CrazyStrength, we believe that getting stronger should be made as simple as possible and the way we built our apps follow that same belief.

The app was designed for members in our community to track their workouts on their mobile device and synchronise them with their online training log. You do not need to be a CrazyStrength member to use our mobile app but you can sign-up and get your own training for free at crazystrength.com/community!

Here at CrazyStrength, we know how difficult it can be to keep motivated while training - thats why we built our community! I believe that you must always keep a training log. Why? Because when you look back at your training for the past year, you can see how far youve come. Trust me, this will really motivate you. Whether you dont log your workouts right now or write some notes in a notepad, the CrazyStrength mobile app will be a great training tool for you. Especially considering it can be used in parallel with our fantastic community boasting hundreds of knowledgeable lifters. And all completely free of charge!
